GIRLS' FOOTBALL ACADEMY BITES WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2016. OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR GIRLS TO PLAY SPORTS, INCLUDING FOOTBALL. OUR GOAL IS TO DEVELOP GIRLS' CREATIVITY, INDEPENDENCE, LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, AND COURAGE. THE ACADEMY HAS A FULL STRUCTURE OF TEAMS FROM U-8 TO U-18. GIRLS PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITIONS OF VARIOUS LEVELS BOTH IN LITHUANIA AND ABROAD. MANY GIRLS REPRESENT THEIR AGE NATIONAL GIRLS' TEAMS. THE ACADEMY IS A LEADER IN LITHUANIA IN ORGANIZING AND PREPARING YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS. HOWEVER, WE ALWAYS EMPHASIS THAT NOT ONLY THE RESULTS ON THE FIELD ARE MOST IMPORTANT TO US, BUT THE EMOTIONAL ACTIVITY AND SOCIALIZATION OF THE GIRLS ARE VERY IMPORTANT. WHEN ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES IN THE SUMMER AND WINTER PERIODS, THE ACADEMY ALWAYS ORGANIZES CAMPS AND FOOTBALL TOURNAMENTS, WHICH ALLOW GIRLS TO IMPROVE, AS WELL AS FIND THEMSELVES THE MOTIVATION TO PLAY SPORTS AND ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES. THE ACADEMY IS EMPLOYED BY PROFESSIONAL COACHES WITH PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION AND HIGH-LEVEL UEFA LICENSES. THE ACADEMY ALSO ACTIVELY INVOLVES THE GIRLS' FAMILIES IN THE PROCESS, WHICH ALLOWS US TO HAVE A LARGE COMMUNITY. CURRENTLY 220 GIRLS PLAY FOOTBALL AT OUR ACADEMY.

We have been organizing football camps for girls in Lithuania ( Vilnius, Anyksciai, Birstonas, Poland ( Olecko, Mragowo, Zakopane), Latvia ( Liepaja) for 8 years. We participate in international tournaments in Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Finland. We organize international-level football tournaments for girls of all ages ourselves. We organize day camps, during which the focus is not only on sports, but also on education. We meet with specialists in various fields, we hold discussions with them. We visit museums. We give lectures on topics such as: a strong, self-confident girl; the importance of confidence; a healthy lifestyle; rights of responsibility and duty. Our staff consists of university-educated specialists and educators who study and deepen their knowledge every year in various training courses and seminars. Coaches also work with the Lithuanian national girls team. We are the largest leading girls' football academy in Lithuania. Not only achievements are important to us. Great attention is paid to a safe environment and the comfort of the girls. So that they feel safe and can develop freely.
