The state educational institution "Kostyantynivs’ke Higher Vocational School" is an institution of vocational education. It was founded in 1926, and since then it has gone through a significant path of development. Over the decades, the profile of its training has repeatedly changed in accordance with social, economic and educational needs. From the beginning to nowadays, the institution has undergone several stages of re-profiling, expanding the areas of training, introducing the latest methods and adapting to the requirements of time. Thanks to constant updates and transformations, it has managed to maintain its relevance and prestige, educating a lot of generations of highly qualified specialists. Currently, the vocational school trains qualified workers in the following professions: a cook, a confectioner, a wheeled vehicle repair mechanic, a driver, a manual welding welder, a welding supervisor, an electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, a painter, a plasterer, a bricklayer, an installer for installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures, an electric and gas welder, a turner, an operator of program-controlled machines, an operator for information processing and software, a clerk, a hairdresser, a manicurist, a sewer and an operator of sewing equipment. The school's activities are aimed at various aspects of students’ educational and professional development such as: providing high-quality vocational and technical education; using modern teaching methods and digital technologies; implementing dual education; implementation of special programs for students with disabilities, social integration and support for youth, stimulating students to develop their own entrepreneurial projects, developing environmental awareness, promoting equality and non-discrimination policies in the educational environment, career guidance and development, participation in international grants, educational programs and projects, training and retraining of adults. Because of Russian aggression, the institution was relocated and is currently continuing its educational activities in the Ternopil region. A lot of students have the opportunity to receive theoretical and practical training of full value in their professions there. During their studies, children are given the opportunity to live in a comfortable dormitory. Also the students can take part in various activities for their recreation, self-development and socialization.

SEI "Kostyantynivs’ke Higher Vocational School" is adapting to modern challenges, reviewing its strategic priorities and strengthening the role of international cooperation. The project “From theoretical to practical training in modern technologies of tailoring for socially vulnerable groups of the population through cooperation between the educational institution - business associations - state bodies - community” was implemented as a part of grant competition with the support of UNDP in Ukraine in 2021. The workshop for the profession “A sewer” was modernized during its implementation. A comprehensive program of activities was carried out to increase the level of students’ awareness. In 2022 SEI students together with Polish youth participated in an experience exchange program of the project “On the way to a sweet life - confectionery entrepreneurial workshops” as a part of Erasmus+ program. 2022-2025 are the years of international technical cooperation project "Promoting energy efficiency and implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine" "FUTURE PROFI". The organizers are Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, German Association for International Cooperation GIZ GmbH, NGO "International Development Foundation", Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). The result of the project is the development of a short-term elective curriculum for the qualification "Thermal modernization of buildings and structures". 2023-2025 are the years of European Union Erasmus+ Project "Beyound Europe with Micro сredentials" VEM. Its result is the development of a micro-qualification "Liquid ceramic thermal insulation". 2025 is the year of AI for Youth international project, supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology within the framework of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative. The result of the project will be the development of author's application Shi WorkSafe Al - intellectual protection of workers. 2025 is also the year of "ENGAGING GIRLS AND WOMEN IN ENERGY EFFICIENT RENEWAL+ UKRAINE" international project. The organizers are Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, German Society for International Cooperation GIZ GmbH, NGO "International Development Foundation", Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). A feature of this subproject is the gender component for training female teachers and training partial qualification holders in any of our programs.
