Ternopil Classical Lyceum is a secondary school with 753 students, structured into primary (grades 1–4), middle (grades 5–9), and high school (grades 10–11). The lyceum offers three academic profiles: Foreign Philology, Historical and Philological, and Mathematical and Economic. In addition to academic activities, the school focuses on students’ personal development through a wide range of extracurricular programs.
International cooperation is an integral part of the institution’s work.
Experience in the implementation of educational projects aimed at young people
The lyceum participates in projects such as eTwinning, Schulen: Partner der Zukunft, and Sustainability and Development. in 2024-2025 as a part of the Ukraine Youth Action Network (UYAN) project, students collaborated with George Washington University Online High School (USA), SchlaUA (Munich, Germany) and schools in Jersey City (USA) and Boston Latin School (USA) to explore topics of identity, community and leadership.
In January 2026, the lyceum joined the UK–Ukraine School Partnerships Programme between Ternopil Classical Lyceum and Blairdardie Primary School (Glasgow, Scotland). The cooperation includes reading activities and online meetings contributing to the creation of an international educational environment.
