Association of Poland-East Cooperation Opole Voivodship Departmenthas been active for 29 years. It deals with cultural and scientific cooperation with countries east of Poland, especially Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc. We organise festivals, scientific conferences, workshops, cultural events. We have experience in organising youth exchanges and projects for NGOs.

We work with schools and universities in our region. We organise competitions and workshops for children and young people. Together with students, we organise cultural events and scientific conferences. In 2014-2016, in partnership with the University of Opole, we organised the Polish-Russian Youth Exchange.
