We are a secondary school with a wide range of subjects taught and students who are interested in science, art, human studies, sport and everything what is important to young people. We have IB DP programme at our school and cybermil class which is innovation at our region. I LO achieves great results at studying, sport and other disciplines. We have had many projects at our school, most of them are eTwinning projects reffering to different topics. Suwalki is not far from the Lithuanian border, so we are open to any contact with students. We teach English, Russian, German and Spanish at our school. Both students and teachers are eager to make contact to exchange ideas, vies and cooperate with each other.

We mainly took part in project eTwinning on different subjects. Our students prepared a lot of activities with students from different countries. One project was connected with literature of books well-known allover the world, students cooperated with each other, were reading and talking about the problems and later prepared a presentation. Another project was connected with cuisine of various nationalities. Students were preparing dishes and exchanging the ideas about it. Another big area of our activities is connected with Erasmus projects for teachers. Many of them have taken part in language courses, learned new methods and gained experience which is needed at our work. Also important part is IB teaching, we have two classes which realize great ideas.
