‘Et cetéra’ is a non-profit NGO, which was born as the joint effort of Ukrainian non-formal professional, educational experts and cultural activists, who aim to contribute to the development of the country. The idea of the NGO ‘Et cetéra’ is the following: Ukraine has a lot to offer to the world - creative mindset, openness to change, activism, level of digitalization - therefore, its members strive to exchange knowledge, expertise and know-hows with the European community. This will not only upskill Ukrainian citizens, but also contribute to international cooperation and pan-European collaboration as a response to many challenges that occur in civil society nowadays. At the same time, Ukrainian people seek for changes and learning democratic and European values in order to navigate the right direction of the local economies and general wellbeing. They are eager to visit other countries and to learn from them. The main sectors of the organisation work are: - Creation and implementation of international educational projects - Develop non-formal learning - Conduct international cooperation with organisations and institutions from other countries - Create opportunities for exchange of experience among individual specialists in certain fields - Introduce innovations and develop digital readiness capacity into everyday life - Promote and provide opportunities for life-long learning Contribute to the active citizenship lifestyle in Ukraine, as well as on the international level NGO ‘Et cetéra’ has a vast network across Europe and in other partners countries. The NGO ‘Et cetéra’ has expertise and, thereof, capacity to hold various roles: - Training and facilitation: its members are experienced trainers and facilitators of educational projects for youth and adults, coordinators of the international mobilities, as well as organisers of the local projects. - Management and delivering project results: successfully implemented Erasmus+ projects, such as: KA152 and KA153, KA220 VET and ADU, completed Erasmus for young Entrepreneurs project, conducted local promotion events, participation in the round tables, conducting interviews for the local press, writing op-ed articles about the European funds. - Dissemination coordinator: members of the NGO are professional journalists and communication specialists. They have a network of local and national agents that can assist them in promotion project’s outcomes.
