Educational and Rehabilitation Institution of Higher Education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” (ERIHE KPSI) is an institution of higher education, that conducts innovative educational activities related to the provision of higher education at the first (Bachelor`s Degree) and second (Master`s Degree) levels in one or more fields of knowledge has a developed infrastructure of educational, scientific and research, rehabilitation and learning units for students, particularly for students with disabilities. In our Institute study students with musculoskeletal disorders, visual and hearing impairment. Institute provides also special conditions of education and rehabilitation for orphans and students deprived of parental care. The Institute is only one higher educational institution in Ukraine, which provides the leading technologies of Institute education are health-preserving and valeological, which ensure the effectiveness of classes and quality professional training for students with disabilities, orphans and students deprived of parental care. Institute perform a social function, developing youth initiatives, supporting Student council activity and creating events for the development of youth, in particular students with special educational needs.

The Institute can provide an overview of the type of work and activities of the Institute is involved in as the Institute is only one higher educational institution in Ukraine, which provides the leading technologies of Institute education are health-preserving and valeological, which ensure the effectiveness of classes and quality professional training for students with disabilities, orphans and students deprived of parental care. Institute provides hard and soft skils forthe young people with special educatonal needs. Institute was a partner in the following projects: “Social actions of youth and government” (by the NGO “Youth Policy Center” thanks to a grant received from the Program “Support of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)” in Ukraine within the financial support of the Embassy of Great Britain), Educational and rehabilitation institution of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” joined the training of gerontological psychologists as part of the “SOS-Care 60+” project from November 2023 to December 2024 (which is implemented by the “SOS Headquarters of Civil Defense” charity fund with the support of the international organization “HelpAge International”), participated in social project “Innovations in social assistance in Ukraine” in the context of project “Capitalization of social innovations for the benefit of Ukrainian social services and structures with the aim to facilitate the life of Ukrainians, affected by the war (Innovations in social assistance in Ukraine)” etc. Nowadays Educational and rehabilitation institution of higher education “Kamianets-Podilskyi state institute” is a partner of the following projects: - Capacity building in VET «Mental health solutions for educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET» (№ 101183228 – MIND) (2024-2027); - project from Ukrainian HEI - KA153-YOU-AF0E147A «Digital burnout training course for youth workers» (2024-2025).
