The WIA?s goal is to empower women's entrepreneurship, economic sustainability, promote gender equality and self-realisation. It is a community engaging about 400 active and effective women. We support women and girls in diverse settings, including urban and rural areas, mothers of children with special needs, youth and those who have lost jobs, including IDPs. The team engages women who have expertise in project design and management, event management, PR, SMM, business development, which contributes to the successful planning and implementation of events of any level. The grant-funded projects topics cover humanitarian aid in rural areas, social entrepreneurship, financial literacy, cybersecurity, project writing, starting own business, women's leadership. Main sectors: charity, education, development of women's partnership networks. - Development of women's entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship - Work with young people on the development of soft skills (start-up thinking, entrepreneurship, leadership, etc.) - Support of economic and product sustainability of communities - Professional training and development of women and girls - Development of the women's network K.A.V.A. Since 2022, we have implemented 4 educational projects for women and youth in the areas of financial and digital literacy. The projects helped women gain knowledge in these areas and then implement courses for teen Our team participates in trainings on countering bullying and preventing radicalism in youth communities (Erasmus). We also have an expert in developing training programs for young people (experience in realisation of the teenage camps, leadership schools, psychological trainings from 2010). In 2023, we implemented the Start IT project for IDP teenagers (our own resource). We are currently planning to launch the project "School of Entrepreneurship and Startup Thinking" for young people.
