"Gymnasium Intellect" is a secondary school for students aged between 6 and 16 years old, located in Kushugum, a small town in the south-central part of Ukraine. We provide formal education for 11 (12) grades, along with non-formal educational methods that include experiential and intercultural learning, social inclusion, and active participation. Our main interest is in implementing socially important initiatives at the local level, accelerating youth development, and providing them with tools of social projection. We also aim to acquire the habit of collective decision-making among youth through dialogue and communication skill development, and we conduct workshops, seminars, and training programs such as "Image theatre", "Forum-theatre", and "Live-Library".

We focus on bringing culture and education to environments that do not have easy access to them. We offer artistic, multicultural, and social education, and we emphasize the role of culture in social readaptation. Art and culture are our way of communicating and resocializing. Furthermore, we believe that participation in debate tournaments is crucial for fostering communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creative skills among our students. We have experience in organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs such as "Image theatre", "Forum-theatre", and "Live-Library".
