" We are the future" is a non-profit organisation, operating as a regional youth center for youth and youth workers, focused on raising awareness about non-formal education as an effective tool for self-development and youth participation. Our main activities are based on intercultural learning by using a non-formal education and youth programs in order to increase youth participation in international and local context. We have established strong partnerships with NGOs, youth councils, universities, municipalities, start-up centers and other institutions in local and regional levels. All our activities that implement the methods of non-formal learning are consistent with the recommendation of the EU Council in 2012 for the validation of non-formal and informal learning. Our initiatives support the objectives of the strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, Europe 2020 aimed at promoting the recognition of non-formal learning. Leading to the acquisition and recognition of competences required for further education and successful realization on the labour market for young people. Activities: ? Workshops ? Training courses ? Youth 14-35 years old NGO believes that by doing our bit we are contributing to building a more inclusive society and supporting much needed social change. Social and geographical inclusion, equality and solidarity are the core values of NGO. Particular attention is directed to developing an increased passion for learning through international mobility activities and ensuring emotional rewards of participants who take part in our projects. NGO works with Youth and Community workers, volunteers, youth activists, trainers and teachers: - By providing quality trainings and seminars in the youth work field on the topic of active citizenship, social entrepreneurship, and innovation; - By providing support for youth initiatives ; - By organizing trainings and seminars and empowering youth for the activisation in the local level.

Our activities are dedicated to: ?Create conditions for initiation and development of the social entrepreneurship and youth involvement on regional, national and international level. - Workshops for local youth "From idea to dream work", "24 hours challenge" ?Introduction of good practices from the social impact and eco-business in the policy making on local and national level and the policy of the European Union. - Presentations in partner Universities as for eco-awareness for local youth ?Create positive, motivating and encouraging ambient for active citizenship spirit in the society - Active Citizenship programme and trainings for facilitators - Tournaments for youth in different kinds of games for self-development: debates (in cooperation with Fereration of Debates), chess (in cooperation with Ukrainian Chess Federation) ?Enhance the employability of the young people on the labour market. - Trainings how to write CV and as for self presentation during the interviews ?Create international community of the young people that share interests related to social entrepreneurship, active participation, and tolerant society. Raise the awareness of the citizens for the opportunities that the social eco-entrepreneurship can give. ?Enhance and support the youth mobility on national and international level. - NGO is a regional partner for the program "Platskart" which supports student mobility within Ukraine. ?Promoting of social inclusion via sport activities. - Novomoskovsk is 150 km away from the war zone and lots of families moved to Dnipropetrovsk region escaping from the war actions. NGO is a regional partner of youth student sport competitions organised by Dnipro University of Technology for the years 2019-2020.
