The main goal of the organization is to develop knowledge and practical skills of young people aimed at their personal and professional development. The priority areas of educational work are: 1. Educating young people in the national and patriotic spirit, shaping the attitude of a citizen of independent Ukraine. Main directions of work: learning about the culture, history, traditions, natural resources of the homeland, the glorious, heroic history of Ukraine, the city of Kiev and the Darnik region. 2. Spiritual and intellectual education: shaping the spiritual values of the individual, creating an ideal of goodness, encouraging young people to learn about world cultural heritage, Ukrainian folk traditions, folklore. 3. Social activity, creative expression of oneself in socially important matters, building an active attitude of a citizen of social life. The main goals of the organization are: - creating a uniform creative space for the institution; - organizing cultural holidays for students, conducting information and intellectual programs, competitions and organizing theater celebrations; - development and use of innovative forms of spending free time through the implementation of design technologies and educational activities; - connecting young people with the same interests, perpetuating their traditions, creating a favorable psychological climate in children's groups; - strengthening the image of the institution by using the potential of children in the preparation and organization of mass events; - development of professional competences, -career counseling

The TTM Center is not just a home where dreams of creativity, self-realization, and future profession come true, it is a safe territory of STEAM education, which includes natural sciences (Science), technologies (Technology), technical creativity and engineering (Engineering), art (Art), mathematics (Mathematics). The educational process of the institution successfully combines creativity and technical knowledge, which ensures high efficiency and quality of education. Taking into account the challenges of today and the demand worldwide for specialists in technical specialties, the TTM Center makes a lot of efforts to develop these areas. Educational projects are being implemented: “Initial technical modeling - as a means of involving children in technical creativity”; “Computer school “SMART-IT”; the scientific society of the TTM Center’s students “Search” is being carried out; the annual district competition of project works “Eureka” is organized; the students of the institution are active participants in technical activities.
