Our NGO was created by young people who wanted to develop the culture of volunteering in the city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. Mission: Developing the volunteer movement, and advocate the rights of volunteers, creating opportunities for selfrealization of young people. Vision: A community of people who consciously carry out voluntary, unpaid, and socially beneficial activity, guided by the fundamental principles enshrined in the Law of Ukraine ?On Volunteering.? We believe that change can be created by anyone who is ready to take responsibility here and now. Activity types: We spread knowledge about volunteering and volunteer management. Together with specialized experts, we create educational non-formal trainings and guides for the volunteers. We teach foundations and organizations how to effectively coordinate volunteers, involve and motivate them. And of course, we independently create volunteer actions for young people 2?3 times per month, where they can join in helping society and the country, especially now during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Also, through volunteering, we help temporarily displaced persons socialize in a new environment and find friends and community. Now we are more involved in local initiatives, but we believe that our experience is enough to participate in international projects as a partner organization.

OUR PROJECTS: - "YOUR DONOR" ? popularization of the movement of blood donations, creation of a stable base of blood donors in the city of Zaporizhzhia. - "Taking care of YOURSELF" ? psycho-emotional support of volunteers, reducing the level of burnout due to the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine. - "Volunteer Humanitarian Headquarters" ? search and provision of humanitarian aid for victims of a full-scale invasion. - "SVOI LYUDY" ? volunteer management training and a mini-grant opportunity for volunteer project ideas implementation. Many young people from our community face the problem of burnout. This happens mostly due to overload and stress, since our region is now front-line, and part of it is occupied. Therefore, it would be interesting for us to work on this topic together with international partners, so that young people can share their experiences about what problems their peers in other countries face and how they work on them. That's why we are interested in projects that will help young people to refocus, reset, learn to cope with their condition, as well as exchange experiences with young people from other countries, find out what problems they face and how they overcome them. It would also be interesting for us to exchange experiences with young people in other countries regarding their vision of volunteering, to find out what volunteer activities are common among them, and in general, the attitude towards the culture of volunteering in different countries. And last but not least - the topic of non-violence, overcoming stereotypes, strengthening intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding between the youth from different countries. We are not limited to these topics, so if potential partners have an idea for another youth project that catches us, we will be happy to implement it together.
