Siauliu Didzavario Gymnasium is a municipal budgetary establishment performing programs in comprehensive, secondary and adapted comprehensive, secondary formal education, International Baccalaureate (since 2005) program. Our Gymnasium is a member of the UNESCO net of associated schools, association of socially responsible schools (SAMA), has a STEM School Label and European Solidarity Corps Quality Label of Leading, Supporting and Hosting organization. Moreover, it offers social educators, career consultant's services, non-formal education (activities in sports, dancing, radio, year book, school newspaper) There are 630 students and 70 pedagogues in the gymnasium. The Gymnasium has a long term experience of working with projects. The school is implementing projects for improvement of the students' and teachers' knowledge and skills under Erasmus+, NordPius Junior program, Lithuanian-Polish Youth Exchanges.

We do not have formal experience in cooperation with the Teatrikon Foundation. We established contact through our other partner organization - Center for European Initiatives in Sumy, Ukraine. They have many years of experience in positive cooperation with the Teatrikon Foundation, including as part of the Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchanges. Our organizations combine a modern approach to working with young people - the use of non- formal and informal education methods, focus on dialogue and listening to the needs of young I people. While working on the project, we took into account the previous experiences of both organizations. We know that Teatrikon is involved in preparations for the European Capital of Youth, which will be Lublin in 2023. The project that we are creating together with the support of our volunteers is to be one of the steps to preparations for 2023. Although we do not have experience in cooperation, we believe that the contact at the stage of creating the application was very good, and if we receive funding for the project, we plan a series of meetings online so that both supervisors and project participants from both organizations can fully participate in the preparation process.
